Mexico City is layered in the best way — historic, creative, and constantly evolving. One moment you’re walking past centuries-old architecture, the next you’re stepping into a modern boutique filled with emerging designers. The shopping here feels personal: handcrafted pieces, thoughtful design, and a sense that everything has a story behind it.
Below are four neighborhoods we recommend exploring while you're in town.

Start here to take in the city’s iconic architecture and grand cathedral—there’s an energy that feels both timeless and alive. Once you’ve soaked in the historic landmarks, weave your way through the surrounding streets, where shops and restaurants unfold around every corner.
Like any major city center, it leans more touristy, with street vendors and high foot traffic. Hidden rooftop gems, local boutiques, and unexpected finds are just around the corner.
